This Project comprises the development of a security retirement village, known as Country View Retirement Village, situated on Bougainvillea Street (to become 3^rd Street extension), Montana Gardens X44, Gauteng.

The development will focus on the construction of some 180 residential units measuring on average 110m² including a Sickbay facility, a Frail Care unit as well as other amenities particular to a retirement village. This Project will be completed in phases.

The property is surrounded by existing retirement villages and, with the stable demand for retirement accommodation in the Montana area, this project is ripe for development and launching.

All the pre-architectural designs for the retirement village have been done.

Phase 1 will entail converting an existing structure into Assisted Living and Frail Care with 40 Frail Care beds including an 8 bed Altzheimer unit. 73 Assisted Living, Bachelor and one bedroom units will be made available. Further to Phase 1 will be the construction of Block C for 20 one and two bedroom self-catering units.

Phase 2 will entail the construction of a further 8 self-catering Blocks, which will contain 16 lifts with 120 one bedrooms and 70 two bedroom units.

The complete development will render 323 Living Units:
